Service Description

The Hay Fever consultation and treatment has high satisfaction rates amongst our clients. It has proved to be safe and reliable in assisting those patients in whom antihistamines have little impact get back to being functional during the summer months. However we cannot guarantee all who request the treatment will be treated. A thorough risk assessment is undertaken by a doctor to check for contra-indications, whether other treatment options are more suited and whether treatments are likely to be of assistance. We do not treat people under the age of 18 years old. Only once a full verbal and written consent is obtained would we proceed to the treatment being given.

Cancelation Policy

Please see our privacy notice on how we handle your data: **All bookings are non-refundable. The appointments once booked are allocated to private doctors/ nurses whose time is then dedicated to that appointment slot.  Non-attendance ( more than 15 minutes after the  booked appointment)  or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time for ANY reason will result in a need to re-book and payment for another appointment Appointments may be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the booking time without charge- a maximum of two times within one year. In the extremely unlikely event of us needing to cancel the appointment, we shall endeavour to reschedule as close to the allocated appointment time as possible, however if this is not possible we shall be happy to give a full refund. No additional payments for 'out of pocket expenses' will be made.
